Tire bladder is one of the important tools for tire production. However, the harsh working conditions require that the bladder must be resistant to high temperature, high pressure, oxidation, and also have good flexibility.
After purchasing bladder, you must pay attention to the following contents in storage and use:
-  Storage conditions
1. If the package is not opened and the bladders are not used for one month, the bladders bundle should be opened so that they can restore with the original state of storage; If the bladders are not used up for half a month after the package is opened, the package rope shall also be untied, so that the bladders can be stored in their original state. Objective to prevent the bladder from aging and cracking;
2. The bladders should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent early aging and cracking of the bladder surface;
3. The bladder storage room must be free of corrosive gas, and must not contact with acid, alkali, oil and oxidizing substances, so as to prevent premature aging of the bladder surface;
4. Bladders should not be stored together with sharp and angular objects to avoid being stabbed or scratched during handling.
- Conditions of Use
1. For the design of bladder clamp, except that the height of bladder clamping edge is compressed by 2~3mm, other dimensions should match the size of bladder clamping edge, and the bladder neck should not be compressed or the height of clamping edge should not be excessively compressed to prevent the bladder neck from cracking;
2. Fixture, mold and equipment parts in contact with the bladder shall be smoothed at the position where the bladder is easy to be injured;
3. When assembling the bladder, it is not allowed to pry or knock with hard objects, nor to roll the assembled bladder on the ground. It should be handled with care;
4. When the B-type vulcanized bladder is closed in the empty mold, the bladder should be filled with a certain pressure medium, and the mold can be closed only after the bladder is expanded;
5. The vulcanizing medium (steam and superheated water) shall not be directly sprayed on the inner side of the bladder. In order to ensure the service life of the bladder, the vulcanizing medium must be strictly deoxidized;
6. It is recommended to park the bladder for 20 days from the date of production, with a validity period of 2 years;
7. When checking the airtightness of the bladder, the expansion of the bladder shall not exceed 1.5 times of the original diameter;
8. When the bladder is used for the first time, after the bladder is heated and expanded, the bladder isolating agent must be evenly coated on the surface. During the use, the brushing times should be appropriately adjusted according to the isolation effect.
9. The bladder shall not contact with acid, alkali, oil and other substances during use, and the isolating agent shall be neutral.

A1: Sample order is welcome here. Mixed samples are acceptable. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
